Lockdown in France

potting plantsIt’s Tuesday the 17th March 2020 and 12:00 (Noon) today we, the whole country of France’s residents and long term visitors were now in lock down due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

With no income until further notice, I thought there was no better time to sow the seeds for basil, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. They can happily travel with us and the hopeful harvest will give us some wonderful sauces, chilli olive oil and salad items. I’ve also got what we call ‘Aloe Rita’, the cutting from Grandma’s plant before coming away. Grandma even gave me her trowel to bring so she is having a hand in this process
